How do I place an Order?

You need to write an email to: Hello@MoonSports.co with the product codes listed on our website against each product & we’ll quote you the prices. After the terms are settled we’ll issue Proforma invoice for payment. As soon the payment is settled your order is finally placed with us.

The Product prices are not mentioned, where to find them?

You can either request for a quote using the individual ‘Request for Quote’ buttons given along each product or reach to us over email with Product codes for a price list based on your preferred MOQ, currency, trade & shipping terms.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account for placing an order. You can provide your Full name, Company name, Complete address with zip & phone no. for manual order creation.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

You can contact your contact person assigned to you when you place an order for any queries or requests.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If due to some reason or another you’d like to change or cancel an order it can be freely done if the order hasn’t yet been manufactured or shipped.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

DHL Express, UPS, Fedex is available for small orders or samples.
Air Freight or Sea Freight is available for medium to Large orders.

How Long Will It Take To Get My order delivered?

For items in stock allow up to 48 hours for processing. Once processed, you will recieve a tracking number by email and should receive your order within 4-5 business days via DHL Express. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. For customized & wholesale orders we’ll let you know the manufacturing period at time of ordering.

What does Moon Sports.com charge for shipping an order?

The shipping cost depends on the Gross weight of an order, the shipping service requested etc. But stay assured that we do quote the best available wholesale shipping costs to our customers.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped we’ll provide you with a tracking no. & link to the tracking website.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. To return your, order simply send a request to: Returns@Moonsports.co quoting your order number.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs except in cases where the wrong item was sent or defective merchandise. Once the return is authorized you will be notified by email. Send your item to the following address:

Once we receive your item our staff will inspect it within 72 hours. If in acceptable condition, we will refund your money to your original method of payment within 7 days or ship the exchanged product as requested. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed on our end. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your account statement.
